I am a certified Life Coach through the Hungry for Happiness 400 hour certification program. I have a Masters Degree in Dance & Pedagogy and a BFA in Dance Performance. I am also a high school health and dance teacher.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My students typically work with me for a 90 day transformation. We meet on zoom for 1 hour per week and I provide you with unlimited text/voice support on Voxer.
I also offer single 1 hour breakthrough sessions for you to work on one specific topic.
