Entrenched in the meditation / mindfulness space for 2 decades. I’ve travelled over 65 countries, seeking alternative and holistic approaches to healing, health, mindfulness and meditation... integrating it all through a global community. I believe life is a creative process and our thoughts, beliefs, assumptions, choices, actions and words are the tools that we use to invent our experiences and our circumstances. So why not create the best version of ourselves. I offer one on one coaching only ($75-125 hr depending on service)
