I try to provide a class that enables students of all levels to get a good workout. The classes will be challenging but modifiable for all levels and of course fun and motivating. My goal is to help you feel sweaty and succesful no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Meeting people and hearing their stories is the best part of teaching fitness. Up until a couple years ago, fitness and physical activity were never part of my lifestyle. Fitness along with healthier lifestyle habits were something that I gradually incorporated into my routine and fast forward several years and a 40lb weight loss later, I've found a new love for movement and confidence that I never knew I would have.

I've been teaching for 3 years now various formats including Zumba, cardio dance, Pop Pilates, sculpting and conditioning, and Core de Force. I love getting to help people find their joy in movement and physical activity in a way that they never imagined.
