Rebalanced SF
About
I combine Pilates reformer and springboard training with Redcord neuromuscular suspension training to address asymmetries, compensatory movement patterns and imbalances.
I live for the feedback I get back from my clients who come back to tell me they are feeling stronger and no longer in pain. It is the most satisfying part of my job. The tools I use are unique and results are astounding.

How did you get started teaching?
In 2000 I was pursuing a successful career in advertising in San Francisco. Committed to my work, I would spend prolonged periods of time sitting at my desk. The 10-hour days with poor posture began to take their toll and I noticed I was experiencing lower back pain. Before long the pain had developed from a nagging ache to becoming excruciating and preventing me from carrying out normal daily activities. In my quest for answers and healing, I discovered Pilates and on a trip to Europe, the Redcord system. This was a perfect compliment to my workout routine that helped me heal from my repetitive stress injury due to prolonged sitting and get strong and healthy again. In 2011 I was so inspired that I made the difficult decision to leave my successful career in advertising and to form rebalanced SF. As the first Northern California Redcord trainer, I offer unrivaled knowledge and experience in Redcord and Pilates personal and small group training in San Francisco.
