I am a person who hates to exercise but am at the age where you use it or lose it, and Pilates has made me so much more functional and stronger. I have been working with Amy for more than a year and I love how intuitive she is...when it starts getting too easy Amy always amps it up. The Pilates Gym is always clean and inviting and I leave energized to face my day! I Love Mindful Movement Collective because they have increased my quality of LIFE!

The class instructors are talented, caring individuals. I’ve taken group and private lessons over several years and have enjoyed both. I especially like private classes where I can work on areas and physical issues that address my individual needs. Thanks MMC for being here.

Instructors are knowledgeable and foster a positive environment to learn and improve pilates skills. The small group classes offer a fun opportunity to work out - everyone is friendly and all skill levels are accommodated.
