About
I strive to find that part of us that relates to commitment...to health and well being. I want you to find humor in the discomfort of increasing fitness, and to revel in the progress that ensues.
I find great satisfaction in the expressions of realization...of progress, of strength, of fitness derived from the efforts. I find the smiles and hugs after each session to be rewarding...as my students begin to realize and feel their progressions to the next level of fitness.
