About

My background in cooking is centered on eating for wellness and my chef lessons and cooking classes focus on the motto "healthy eating made simple." I believe if my students understand how to cook for themselves and have a foundational knowledge around what it means to eat healthy, they will be much more inclined to stick to good habits. I offer everything from lessons on foundational cooking skills to cooking for specific dietary restrictions (gluten free, plant-based, vegetarian, paleo, and so on).

I find my work to be very gratifying as I help students improve their quality of life through nutrition and fitness. By making simple, achievable changes to habits, students are able to raise the bar on their quality of life and gain a different definition for what it means to feel "good." I love connecting with my clients over food. There's no better way to get to know someone than to sit down and have a conversation with them over a good meal.
