Training athletes, fitness competitors, or everyday lifestyle clients our goal is an overall body transformation. We are an exclusive brand under The House Of Ingram, partners with ImLyphstyle and Coachjzacademy. Jamez is an Olympian level coach whos played professional basketball for several years before getting into training and coaching. He's had the privilege of working several types of athletes ranging from pro basketball, pro football and even professional body builders / competitors. We are also certified in first aide, Nutrition and holistic medicine.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typical process when dealing with a client is a free 15 minute phone call to dive into the details of what you are looking to accomplish, from there we schedule first session which is where we figure out our limits, identify struggles and then we create your program.

How did you get started teaching?
Got started teaching basketball and other sports around 2005 going into my second season in the pros to give back to kids and just fell in love with the art of teaching. From there it stemmed off into body building and lifestyle transformation that we have been doing since 2010.
