Chef Gigi Gaggero is an award-winning chef with over thirty five years of culinary industry experience. Former Academic Director who wrote and implemented the famed Le Cordon Bleu’s HRM program in San Francisco, California. Simultaneously, founded Kids Culinary Adventures, the Bay Area’s first professional culinary school for KCA anchored math, science, reading, history, geography and nutrition through the medium of cooking. Chef has coached through hands on classes, demonstrations, writing, speaking engagements, private consultations, books, and social media how to shop, prep, cook and eat better. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before I begin a lesson with a new student I like to begin with a phone call and find out exactly what the end result goals are. From there we agree on how to reach the goal together and I taylor my lesson plan specifically to that end result. I also offer a free class for every 4 classes booked.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional chef with over 35 years hands on experience. Former Academic Director for Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, Ca. I have taught over 10,000 students culinary arts.

My lessons are a standard two hour at 120$ per student not including food cost.
