At Pilates ProWorks Burlingame, you can expect a variety of amazing classes to choose from, experienced instructors and a studio that cares about YOUR goals.
We offer 2 types of group Reformer Pilates classes (Pilates Pro and Pilates Classic), Kickboxing classes (matBox), TRX Suspension Training, Bootcamp, Strength Training, Cardio Barre, Tone & Flow (Yoga Sculpt), workshops and more!
Additionally we offer 1:1 private training, semi private training and private group classes.
All levels are welcome as exercises can be modified for any strength and fitness level. Come join the fun and get ready to transform your body! Open 7 days a week. Some weekdays the first class is at 5:15am, last class ends at 8pm.

When working with a new student, it's important to talk with them to find out what their personal goals are, ask about their health history (previous injuries, current injuries, age, any limitations, etc) and find out what if any workouts they are currently doing and what they enjoy. From there we set up time to meet for our first 1:1 training appointment and determine how often we should meet going forward based on the clients needs and goals.
All of my trainers are experienced trainers ranging from 5-20 years in the industry. Every trainer on my team has multiple certifications in their area of expertise and is required to participate in on-going training and education.
Single Private - $95
5 Pack Privates - $450 (equiv of $90/session)
10 Pack Privates - $855.50 (equiv of $85.50/session)
20 Pack Privates - $1600 (equiv of $80/session)
Semi Private Training packages are available as well as group classes.
If the client wants the Personal Trainer to come to them, then the rates are higher.
