I not only take care of any orthopedic issues, but I develop a persons body to the best aesthetic potential.
I have experience working with injured workers (mostly spines) as well as working professionals and athletes. I have been doing this for over twenty years and have met many different types of people. In addition, I have worked with people who have shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, foot issues.
I have a DEEP PASSION working with individuals who are working towards making a difference to their mind and body.
I studied exercise physiology in college. I am a certified strength coach, certified personal trainer and certified exercise physiologist throough the American College of Sports Medicine.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meeting individual and doing ng a full evaluation including goals, previous injury sites, anatomical evaluation, schedule, program design.
Working with each person one on one. 6 weeks or longer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Exercise physiology, strength coach, personal trainer for over twenty years. I have experience working with the medical community.
Many years working with many different population groups and or people.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I use a sliding Scale to make it affordable for most people and I like to work with each person for at leasy six weeks, three times per week. It can be as little as once per week.
How did you get started teaching?
I applied my bodybuilding experience coupled with my college experience as well as continuing education on aspects of building not only healthy bodies but injured bodies that most people had no knowledge of. It was a natural evoluion.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types, working professionals, athletes, ballet dancers, endurance and strength-speed athletes, injured workers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Seeing clients still practicing what I have taught them.
Seeing an old client outside of starbucks back to work after I fixed his spine from a back injury on the job, especially after most people gave up on him.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Work experience, educational experience especilly outside the class room.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Their entire health history and their goals/time frame.
