I have been helping men and women of all ages lose weight, become more fit and feel good about themselves for 35 years by creating personalized fitness and nutrition programs for them.
I love to see success! When a client works hard to prepare for her wedding and looks gorgeous on her wedding day, or when an injured client gets back to doing what he loves to do...that is success!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first meet for a complimentary consultation to really listen to the student's goals, history and hopes for their future health, wellness and fitness. I then test a few exercises with them and discuss the longer term plan I would propose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in fitness for 38 years..starting with Jazzercise, then opening a club in San Francisco, then moving into personal training and group exercise. I've been certified by a number of organizations including ACE, CrossFit, Older Adult Training, Idea, Spincycling, Pilates and Metabolic Effect weight loss program.
