Jennifer is a 2nd generation Yoga Instructor to B.K.S Iyengar as she was a direct apprentice of Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher Ali Dashti for over fifteen years. She has been practicing and teaching Yoga internationally for over 20 years and has 10,000 + hours of training.
Jennifer’s teaching has been described as having the depth of detail, the refined art of seeing, and intensity that she brings to her private tuition, classes, workshops and trainings.
Jennifer’s approach to Yoga is that it is medicine guided by the grammar of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
