We offer personal training, semi-private training and health coaching. Our semi-private training sessions are our most popular membership. The women love working out together and supporting one-another. Each session has (4-6) women that meet with one trainer 2-3 x's a week. For a fraction of the cost of personal training the women get a great workout with our very seasoned and educated trainers. Clients receive a lot of attention so that we can work with them on their form and keep the workout effective and safe. What sets us apart from the bigger box gyms and the other studios is we offer a complementary consultation so we can meet you one on one. We also offer a body type analysis to help the client idenify their bodytype. This will also help the client to have this information when we are creating goals and a planning a health and fitness program.
