Our training facility is unlike any other in Santa Barbara. I can cater to any type of client, from the elderly who needs to work on balance and stability to a young athlete who needs speed and coordination and anyone else inbetween.
I love helping people achieve their goals. I am passionate about helping people who truly want to improve their overall health and fitness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will talk with an individual first over the phone to get a general idea about their goals and needs. Then, I will set up a meeting to have a fitness assessment and move forward with a regimented plan of training sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three certification from Internation Sports Science Association and I am currently working on my bachelor's degree for Health and Wellness.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each private instruction is $90, but prices can be reduce depending on frequency of training.
How did you get started teaching?
I first started teaching myself how to be strong and healthy. I later wanted to learn more about nutrition and exercise, so I got certified as a fitness instructor and I have been teaching people since March of 2010.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with young student athletes, to middle aged mothers and fathers to the elderly. There is not one type of student that I have not worked with.
