This way I can have a better idea about their goals, lifestyle, posture ,fitness levels and see if we will be a good match. This way I can give them a realistic recomendation and an idea about training and what to expect and how long will it take me to get them to their goals.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Usually I have 4 diffrent packages 12, 24, 36 or 72 sessions. The prices depends on what package client gets. The most common package is 36 sessions which is about 3 times a week for 3 months. This give people time to see the value, see good results and learn about their bodies. I do have clients who started with 3 month package and couple of years later they are still training with me. They feel if they dont have an appointment they will not come to the gym and this helps them stay on track and focused on healthy lifestyle.
How did you get started teaching?
I started training in 2000. What got me started was my passion for fitness and helping others see the value in fitness aswell. I realize over the years with life being so busy fitness has taken a back seat for lot of us. So, the goal is to get people started and help them see the value in health before its to late and help them make healt a habbit not priority.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have had a pleassure of training all kind of diffrent people with diffrent age groups and diffrent fitness levels alll the way from an athlete and some one who has never worked out in their lives.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I always suggest to meet the teacher first so you know that they understand your golas and are a good fit for you.
