Boxing & Football Training

Hey I am a recently fitness boxing certified trainer. I am certified by Box n Burn headed by former Olympian Tony Jeffries. I have been training in Martial arts for the last 6 years and have focused soley on Boxing for the last 9 months. I am a student of the game and commited to teaching the sweet science.

I am also a football trianer with over 8 years coaching experience. I have coached over 15 plus kids to the DI, DII, D3, levels) I specialized in Defensive back play.
