My daughter has been training at GMMA for 12 years. The life lessons, goal setting, perseverance, self respect, respect, never quit attitude, leadership and self defense she has learned is something she will have for the rest of her life and I couldn’t be happier. Starting her at GMMA at the age of 5 was by far the best decision we ever made. She has far surpassed her original goals with 2 World Champion titles and a 3rd degree black belt. Gold Medal Martial Arts is much more than just taekwondo, it’s a family that supports every student!

My son has trained at Gold Medal for 13 years under Master Gast. He is now a third-degree black belt junior instructor with multiple State and District titles and has ranked top 3 in the World for the last 4 years. Confidence, integrity, respect, and leadership are just a few of the life skills he has learned at GMMA and he has applied these traits in school and in his life outside the studio. Most importantly he has learned that hard work pays off. Gold Medal doesnt just teach martial arts but how to win at life.

Gold Medal Martial Arts (GMMA) has been a second home to our family. It has helped my son become the strong and confident young man he is today. My son was that kid who hid behind me and would be too shy to speak, even with people who have known him his entirely life. GMMA showed him that he had the inner drive and strength which led to him participating (lead role) in his school play, holiday productions and becoming class ambassador. GMMA has also provided the path for him to compete competitively. I know that my son has the confidence, discipline and conviction to achieve anything he sets his mind to.

Master Gast is an incredible trainer. My daughter has been training with him for a little over a year, we are happy to travel close to an hour each way for his level of expertise. Apart from being extremely skilled and knowledgeable he is very compassionate and relates so well to his students to convey his message effectively. I would highly recommend GMMA
