Phillips Pilates works with clients in one on one Private Sessions to geared towards each clients specific goals and needs.We also offer duet sessions (2 people) and group Pilates, Barre Cardio Class and Mat class. Our group classes are also small so clients can still get individual attention. Rena has taught Pilates for 14 years at various gyms and her private studio in Northridge CA. Prior to teaching Pilates she worked as a professional dancer all over the world. Pilates is something You can start at any level from beginner to advanced athlete. Pilates will give you better strength posture and flexibility. a long leaner tone, while focusing on the core. So many variations, modifications you’ll never get bored and feel energized when you leave while getting stronger every week. If you desire to loose weight we will guide you thru that process as well.
If you love your work and love seeing your clients get the best workout to benefit their mind and body, then that's rewarding every single day. I love doing pilates and love teaching. I try to have an atmosphere that clients can feel the love and joy I exude and then it will transfer to their energy to have a better day. Pilates is a mind and body connection and the best health comes from a healthy mind and body. Exercise and eating good is very important but stress reduction and feeling joy is just as important and beneficial. ❤️
