We will embark on a healthy journey together where lifting weights is only 10% of the equation. Food, exercise, mindfulness, self love, meditation, releasing past traumas and obstacles, are all a part of the recipe to success. Seeing people excited about their new healthy lifestyle. Saving people from their pain is huge. So many people suffer silently in their discomfort. Helping them feel good again is the best!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students will complete a questionnaire and sign an agreement with me. Once completed, we start! I take measurements, before photos (optional), set small goals and set a BAG (big Audacious goal!) :)
