About
I am a fitness trainer, physical therpay aide, and Orthopedic & Correctice Exercise Specialist. I have been an athlete since high school and have been training since 1990.
I have worked with every level of client from competitive athletes to a 77 year old with one hip and two shoulder replacements. I also have extensive personal experience recovering from many different serious injuries (mostly from skiing; used to live in Vail, CO); I can truly empathize with anyone who has pain and/or limited mobility.
I also have a large network of the best health professionals in my arsenal: Nutritionists, Sports Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists, Orthopedic Surgeons, etc... to refer my clients to for maximizing comprehensive health and fitness potential. If I can help someone then I am confident I can help find them the correct professional for their needs.

I enjoy training and entertaining simultaneously. Fitness needs to be challenging and fun. If it is not having a 'challengingly good time' then it is not truly a healthy path. Yes, effort is necessary; however, if you are not a professional athlete then there is no need to stress yourself into misery about exercising, diet or your performance. Results will come with time and focus. Pushing too hard too often only leads to failure over the long haul. There is no finish line... learn to enjoy the process.
Observing my clients as they discover new levels of ability (many thought were not possible) and helping them 'learn to enjoy' their endeavors is my reward.
