I teach private and corporate yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Meditation sessions are personalized and can included guided visualization, body scan, thought meditation, breath meditation, and so on. Movement sessions are tailored to your preferences, including options for Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Kids & Family Yoga, core strengthening, balance, mobility. I love helping my clients progress in their practices and seeing them float out of our sessions with a glow.

Our first step is a brief phone consultation to see if we're a good fit and to discuss the customer's needs and desires. Next, we schedule an introductory session. Finally, we assess the desired frequency of sessions and create a schedule to work together.

I work with clients looking to establish or expand a meditation practice. My meditation sessions are personalized to the client's energy and needs for each session.
For movement, I work mostly with seniors, beginners to yoga (both physically fit and de-conditioned beginners), adults with mobility or other health issues. I also teach a more vigorous Vinyasa for students who are looking for more of a challenge.
I guide women looking to reclaim themselves after giving all of themselves to something else, be it children or a career.
I offer breathwork healing sessions to allow clients to release unprocessed emotions that are stuck in the body, allowing them to breakthrough to new levels in their lives.
