About Madeline Schwartz: After living in South Florida for the past thirteen years, Madeline is happy to be back in Sonoma County where she was born and raised and her family resides. She brings with her 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry and holds the following certifications; Power Pilates 600 Hour Comprehensive Teacher Training, Xtend Barre Instructor Training, and 200 RYT Fusion Flow Yoga Teacher Training (from South Florida’s The Yoga Joint Studios). Over the years she’s been lucky enough to take trainings and workshops from some amazing world renowned Yoga Teachers and draws inspiration from the likes of Kelly Green, Paige Held, Molly Weintraub, Seane Corn, Jason Crandell, Bryan Kest and Liz Arch. When taking Madeline’s yoga classes you can expect a challenging yet accessible flow focusing on proper alignment, reminders to breathe safe adjustments and words of uplifting encouragement all set to fun and motivating music. When she’s not teaching, she is most likely taking class (always a student!), wine tasting with friends or spending time with her eleven year old rescue Pittie Cinnamon.
Pilates Fusion Express Description: This upbeat and motivating class is a continuous flow of movement based on the principles of Pilates combined with a contemporary twist that adds deeper sculpting, toning and stretching to traditional Pilates Mat exercises. Focus on building core strength, balance, flexibility and establishing a mind body connection which ensure a safe and effective full body workout in only 45 minutes! The creative addition of props (yoga blocks, straps, stretch bands, etc) will challenge your endurance and increase your stamina making this class new and interesting every time. ALL LEVELS WELCOME as both modifications and progressions can be made for every exercise. This class is a wonderful compliment to your yoga practice or great addition to any fitness routine!
Warm Fusion Flow Description: A carefully crafted flow of uplifting and energizing yoga sequences (appropriate for beginners and challenging enough for experienced yogis) taught in a gently heated room (72*-75* F), always set to music and specifically designed to methodically open up the body followed by a cool down with floor poses and ending in Savasana. In every class you can expect a challenging yet accessible flow with safe adjustments focusing on proper alignment, breathe work, an inspirational narrative and an impeccably curated playlist. Warm Fusion Flow Yoga fuses together the purest essence of a yoga practice with a modern fresh interpretation.
