Heartfulness is an ever-evolving path of love, one that improves our day-to-day lives and helps us achieve real-world balance, peace, and joy.
The center of Heartfulness is the heart. Heartfulness honors the mind, but it sees the heart as the seat of wisdom that guides our decisions, directs our actions, and transmits love.
Our mission is to enable every aspirant’s heart to expand in awareness. Thus, we develop total wellbeing and lead a life of contentment, calmness, compassion, courage, clarity.
It is when we practice listening to our hearts that we can create a better version of ourselves. This is the Heartfulness way.
I have been fortunate to have come on this extremely simple, effective and practical approach of meditation for self development and transformation that prepares us to face the challenges of day to day life, work, relationship, and leading to a life of calmness and centeredness. I have been practicing Heartfulness for 17 years and training students for 7 years.
Heartfulness is a global non-profit organization and all trainers are volunteers who wanted to share the practice with the world for the very reason that they benefitted from it immensely. There is no charge whatsoever for any of the meditation sessions and services.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I conduct individual and guided meditation sessions with the students teaching various practice elements of Heartfulness. I also conduct group meditation sessions with all like minded students who are interested to come together as a group. I used to conduct these sessions in person before Covid however now this is done online or over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing Heartfuness meditation for about 17 years and have been teaching for about 7 years.
