Within ONE lesson, Howard could pinpoint EXACTLY what my trouble areas are, and not only is he able to articulate a very clear plan for dealing with those, but he has also helped me with the burdening amount of pain that plagues my joints and muscles when I play something technically demanding! Furthermore, he is very focused, understanding, knowledgeable and gentle! After having many verbally.... difficult teachers whose teaching involved quite a bit of negative reinforcement, it is an absolute pleasure and an eye opening experience to have a patient, understanding teacher. Some people may learn quite well in that fashion, and there was a period of time when I actually believed, or rather was brainwashed into thinking that being verbally berated would serve as motivation. But now I see quite clearly that is not the case: I learn a lot better and I am more motivated to practice when I find it a pleasure to go to my piano lessons! Thank you, Howard for all your dedication, patience and knowledge!

Vreny is hands down the best music teacher I have ever had. This includes various colleges and music schools. His approach is unlike anything I have been introduced to before. He integrates theory, technique, and passion together in a way that makes you progress at a rate you never would have dreamed possible. Noel is an amazing player and teacher, together we have worked on proper technique, ear training, music theory, composition, and various practice methods. Since meeting him I have become a much better guitar player, and overall musician. My favorite part about working with him is his ability to learn any song by ear within minutes, which we can then dissect together. He is truly the full package, and I strongly recommend him to any student, beginner, or professional looking to improve. Melissa is a phenomenal acting coach! My ten-year old daughter has grown and learned so much through Melissa’s performing arts workshop. Melissa is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in acting techniques and the acting industry. Melissa is positive, energetic, fun and caring. She makes the classes fun for kids while simultaneously teaching. Highly recommend this workshop!

I believe I was Chris’ first vocal student, and I couldn’t tell by the way he ordered the lessons. His patience despite a vast resume of experience in performance was a refreshing balance. There was a great mix of vocal warmups that, when practiced consistently, opened up my breathing and control, as well as many opportunities to learn songs that I wanted to learn and could prepare for auditions. Chris is proficient, patient, and pleasant and I would highly recommend him for vocal lessons.
