As a coach, I make sure to take time to talk with my gymnasts. I not only encourage them to push their bodies, but ensure their mind keeps up too. Gymnasts have the opportunity to learn elements of physiology, physics and psychology alongside the physical skills. I believe understanding will help anyone progress faster than aimlessly throwing their bodies around. I take the time to ask if gymnasts have questions to ensure their understanding. I’ve also been involved in the fitness industry for 20 years. I have competed as a fitness competitor and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. I offer private gymnastics lessons, as well as fitness classes, small group and personal training. The thing I enjoy most about what I do is connecting with people and helping them reach their goals.
