Cindy Zhou started piano when she was 4 years old. She got her Bachelor Degree in Piano Performance in Sichuan Consercatory of Music, studying with Mr. Xu who was the Chairman of Piano Department. Then she got her Master Degree in San Francisco Conservatory of Music with Professor Sharon Mann. She also studied in master classes with world's greatiest pianists such as Menahem Pressler, Alfred Brendel. During her academic career, she performed in many countries and achieved lots of prizes. (The Sixth prize of “Lira International Piano Competition” in St. Petersburg, Russia./ The Second prize of Chopin Competition in HK./ The Fourth prize of Chinese Music Competition in HK. Etc.)

Ms. Cindy started to teach piano since she was in college. After she graduated, she started to focus on Piano Pedagogy. In past years, Cindy has became a very experienced piano teacher. She was one of the most welcomed teacher in OPUS 1 Music Studio at Mountain View/Palo Alto and Ms. Tao's Piano Studio at Dublin. Now she is accepting her own private students.

As an educator, Cindy wants to lead kids into piano so that they can enjoy music in their whole life. She will teach them in a professional way to build their solid foundation. Ms.Cindy will help students preparing ABRSM Exam under their willing. In the past years, all her students who participated the ABRSM exam passed with distinction.
