We start with a 30 minute phone consult. It it is a good fit, we set up our first appointment, then I will email paper work to be filled out.

How did you get started teaching?

Teaching swim lessons in high school


What types of students have you worked with?

Grammar, high school, college involved in all sports. I also have worked with professional and olympic athletes, and 'weekend warriors'. 

I have also worked with the senior population, and those with disabilities too.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

An ecclectic background with academics, and personal life exeriences in the fields of health, fitness, and sports.

First define your passion and current interests. Then prioritize your short, mid, and long term goals.
