I offer 1 on 1 Personal Training, Virtual Coaching and Nutrition Planning. My business stands out because I do not use "boiler plate" or "cookie cutter" type workout programming. When I design a workout program for you it is personal and specifcally designed to meet your abilities and get you to your goals. I have a smart phone application that I use for 1 on 1 personal training and virtual coaching.
I have trained clients and athletes of all physical abilities and ages. From housewives, to teenagers, to elite cometitive athletes, to those in the special needs/disabled populations. I have also trained the military, law enforcement and firefighters. I've trained clients for weight loss. lean muscle mass gain, for specific sports and for multiple cometitions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training and coaching athletes for 11 years. I have multiple certificates in various forms of training using multiple modalities and techniques.
I'm a NAFC Certified Personal Trainer.
I also have experience training and coaching military, law enforcement and fire service first responders.
As well, I myself have been an athlete my entire life. I have played multiple sports on various competitive levels. I have also ran marathons and triathlons. My current passion is men's physique competitions ("body building").
I am also a published author wherein I wrote a book on the sports supplement creatine.

How did you get started teaching?
I got started when I sought to be trained in weight lifting.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with both young and old. I have trained and coached males and females. I have also trained and coached people with medical issues and special needs.
Once we establish your goals I can formulate your programming and scale it up or down as needed as we track your progress.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Shop around and be a good consumer. You need to like and trust your Trainer/Coach.
