Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
- what do we want to learn...okay if you don't know
- observe what they know verses just asking what the know
- run basic drills to further observe
- then start to fine tune
- from there, parents and child alike will start to learn what they want to learn
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of playing is never enough. I follow many great coaches, trainers and athletes. I am always learning as the sport evolves and techniques are always popping up. If I'm not learning, I'm not living.
I've coached well over 100 kids and I learn from them all the time as I learn about me and my style because you cannot coach 2 kids the same way as there are far too many factors to helping kids.
