Hello I grew up playing competitive soccer,softball and volleyball. I attended La Reina high school as a multi sport athlete. After being recruited to many schools for crew, softball and volleyball went on to a division 2 college on volleyball scholarship. I have coached and trained athletes since 2006 of all ages. I have remained active and also weight train so I can assist in the process of preparing for recruitment or even muscle development to improve performance on the field. I am also the current site director for usyvl in Moorpark.
