About
I'm an NASM certified trainer with many years experience in fitness. I have trained trainers, worked with all ages from youths to seniors. I'm also a trainer at The Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, where I give personal training, HIIT classes and coach Tai Chi / Qigong.
My workouts are fun and innovative! I really listen to what it is you need.
I can give you a great all over workout depending on your goals. I can coach you on stength training, flexibility, post natal exercise, cardio, body toning and weight loss.
Or perhaps you are looking for a more peaceful session of yoga, guided meditation or healing qigong movements.
Getting to know my clients, we become great friends.
I also enjoy seeing the tranformation of my clients both physically and mentally.

How did you get started teaching?
Loved fitness training and being active through ballet and martial arts, decided to certify 20 years ago, a fantastic decision for my body and mind!
What types of students have you worked with?
All types, shapes, sizes and ages!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try to give your trainer some feedback, it helps them shape your training programme and help keep it fun. If a trainer isn't listening to you or if you feel it's not working out, don't give up, maybe they're just not the right fit for you. The ultimate goal is to find someone that you enjoy training with, you start to see results over time and you feel better about yourself.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The days and times that they would like to train, what inspires you and some realistic goals.
