About
At Solid, we take a multi-dimensional approach to improving a person’s fitness and wellness, which means going further than simply prescribing a workout regimen or eating plan. We focus on muscle/joint mobility and pain relief, muscle activation, posture and how it affects movement, diaphragmatic breathing techniques, ergonomics, detailed nutrition coaching, sleep coaching, and personal development work.
We all have strengths, we all have weaknesses — ones that we learn to live with, and ones that we learn to overcome. Together, we’ll work to rise above your weaknesses, and help to discover the best version of yourself.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Your body deserves Solid treatment. Becoming the best version of yourself starts with crafting a training plan that is truly personalized. We’ll help you to determine your fitness goals, and help you crush them through a combination of resistance training, metabolic training, cardio, and proper nutrition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has a multitude of certifications, specializing in nutrition, personal training, and health coaching.
