Under the guidance of owner Caroline Londergan, the highly educated and comprehensively certified instructors provide private and semi-private sessions, as well as small group reformer, tower, and chair classes. Known for its innovative workouts and personalized attention, White House Pilates has consistently been voted Best of the Beach. The studio also offers a comprehensive Pilates teacher training program, preserving the original Contrology method created by Joseph Pilates.
