We are the oldest school in the Southbay serving the community for 34 years teaching Chinese Martial Arts. We offer programs for Children, Teens, Adults & Seniors. We specialize in Yang, Chen & Wu Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, Hatha Yoga, Hsing Yi & Baguazhang in the Internal Arts. Northern Shaolin, Seven Star & Tai Chi Praying Mantis, Arhat, Lohan, Tan Tui's, Southern 5 Families & 5 Animals in External Arts. Meditation, Qigong, Massage, Deep Tissue Masage, Shaitsu & Breathing Exercises. Plus the weapons for all the arts to be versatile in all movements. We do offer private classes and group sign ups for discounts. This location in Lomita is 30 years old and has taught thousands of students over the many years. The main focus is Wellness & Health for all of our programs.

I have been studing Martial Arts for 51 years learning Korean, Japanese and Chinese arts. Now I give my time to the Chinese Arts since I do massage, cupping, reading, deep tissue massge, tuina, qigong healing. But I used each one like a steeping stone to get to where I am at. My Martial Arts are my true passion only doing this now in life to get better as I continue training. This will help me to teach students in all ages and categories to understand the art better and faster. When I see the results improve Life for other's I know that what I offer is legit.
