Derek is very good at training people. He pushes me hard enough to get in better shape but not so hard that Im injured. I recommend Derek’s services to anyone who is serious about improving his or her health and getting in good shape.

The workouts are customized with strategically focused areas of the body that need attention. I would trust Life Performance Enhancement for any professional training.

I have had the opportunity to train at LPE during my off season. I play professional baseball and the instruction and workouts I have been put through here are awesome. Whether it was fine tuning my mechanics or maximizing the use of my body. I had an injury about a year ago so I also received some physical therapy for that. I definitely recommend LPE for any of your fitness needs.
