He was very patient with me took the time to explain the movements and demonstrated them to me. He also took notice and corrected me when needed on my breathing and posture through each move. I am so ready for another kickboxing cardio lesson !

Firstly teaching the absolute Basics.
Taking it slow to find a stance, learning beginner techniques, a guard tactic, how focus mits work, basic foot work and breathing.
I train mixed martial arts 3 or 4 times a week. I actively compete. I took ISSA Personal Trainer Certification and Nutrition Specialist Cert
And Daru Strong Strength and Conditioning Cert. so that I completely serve an athlete or anyone with a full regimen.
I do charge 80 an Hour ..
But I stack time and give folks options that they can easily afford.
By being a student ! I consume so much information daily , to better learn something I teach it . It helps me and my students stay on the cutting edge of Optimal Performance
