Hi! I'm Blair Nicole, and I'm a therapist and best-selling author with a Master's Degree in Psychology. I literally wrote the book on self-love, (it's called '31 Days of Self Compassion'), and it went to #1 on Amazon! I've also been featured as a mental health expert on Newsweek, Parents Magazine, PsychReg, and YourTango.
