About
Rapsodo hitting 2.0 unit at every session (great for exit velocity, distance, launch angle and many more stats) + Pocket radar at every session (great for instant feedback on high intensity throwing days) I’ve done 1 on 1 private lessons. Ages range from elementary to college. I was a captain at Saint Mary’s College (CA) my senior year and was similar to a player-coach helping the younger guys. I received my masters in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s while specifically studying baseball players and workouts to improve velocity and power within the game.

I enjoy seeing players improve and succeed while having fun and understanding what they are doing well and how to continue to improve even when we aren’t working together.
*Session Plan*
In a typical session I like to ask what the player prefers to work on that day or week and go intro drills and practice areas within what they prefer to get better at. I like to watch the player play and take reps before I start to make any adjustment within their game and see what would work best for them. I do not cookie cut and say there is only one way to do things because I have seen many ways work all the way up for many teammates currently in the MLB. I also like to focus on the athlete getting as many healthy reps in during the session as possible while maintaining proper form to create good habits for when it becomes game time.
