I have managed employees in high end designer retail environment. I have been in several mentor positions with college and high school students. I also offer services with my clients in coaching.
My strength lies within being able to find the value and creating a plan to mirror the priorities needed to achieve goals . I listen to understand and can support my clients by providing direct and accountable feedback.
