I am a fully trained, working Actor/Producer/Director, and teacher of drama! All of this along side with the running my own production company. Originally from the UK, I have lived in LA for several years. I work extensively in all areas of the industry, one that I enjoy the most is teaching. To share my experiences, knowledge and various skill sets with students helping them to develop/reach their personal goals is a great joy of mine. My lesson plans are personalized and tailored towards each individual, working together to enhance personal growth, gaining skills, confidence and helping you woth the tools necessary (not to just perform in front of an audience or camera) to help us in our everyday life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each student has different needs, levels of experience and goals they want to achieve. Every individual is unique and so each lesson plan will be equally as unique. After an assessment of your required goals we will work together to set a plan that helps reach these required goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully trained (working) Actor, Director and Teacher. I run my own production Company here in LA and have extensive qualifications and skill sets that have been acquired over a 30 year time span in the industry.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching Drama back in 2007. I started with the Actors Lab based on the UK. I taught all ages in drama from the ages of 6 through to people in their 70's.

I am fond of life, experiences in general are all opportunities to learn and grow.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A great teacher has to be a great leader and listener. A teacher enhances people's skills, helps them to develop, grow and nurture the skills they already have. A good teacher will grow with you, not just tell you!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about your goals, what do you want to achieve? What's your expectation? What do you want to learn from this experience?
