Kyle Hendricks - Soccer Coach

Hello my name is Kyle, I'm a former professional and international soccer player with 17+ years experience playing all over the world. At 13 yrs old, I made the USA U15 National Select Team (1986) and traveled to South America and around the entire world! I've been coached by the best from Germany, England, Austria, Holland, Brazil and more! I played with EC Vitoria from Bahia, Brazil and was the first US born player to play for Universidad de Sau Paulo through the BRUSA Soccer Institute now named BFut. My youth soccer clubs were the Austin Capitals coached by Wolfgang Sunholtz of the German Federation and the Austin Flyers coached by Brian Monaghan (Lonestar SC). Milan Dovidan from Yugoslavian National Team fame, and Thadeo Goncalvez (BFut) were my personal coaches with the Volgelsinger Soccer Accademy. I have played with and against some of the best in the world, at the most prestigous professional youth tournaments around the globe.. The Dallas Cup Super Group, The Pele Cup in Brazil, and the world famous Haarlem Cup in Amsterdam! I can go on and on but my career unfortunately ended in 2004 with the Los Angeles Galaxy summer pre season where I suffered my second major knee injury in 5 years. I haven't played competativley since. Now.. I coach and give back to sport that gave me so much through out my life!

My coaching career began with one of the largest clubs in the country, Eagles Soccer Club, Camarillo CA. From there I began coaching for CalSouth ODP and eventually became the Head Coach for the Far West Regional B2007 ODP Team. In 2022, I left Eagles for my current club, Juventus Academy Los Angeles where I am the Head Coach for the B2013 and B2011 teams.
