I'm a health and wellness coach, mind-body specialist, and personal trainer based in Los Angeles, California.

As a mind-body specialist I teach yoga, tai chi, qigong, breathwork, and meditation.

I will help you reach that next stage in fitness, health, and wellness.

If you are already currently active we can take off from there to reach new heights of fitness, movement, and strength.

If you are dealing with chronic pain, postural issues, or transitioning from physical therapy I can help bridge the transition to high level exercise and optimal wellness.

I design custom tailored programs and routines for you, your body, and your goals to produce results in an accessible and engaging way.

As a yoga teacher and dancer I place extra emphasis on alignment, posture, proper technique, body-weight exercise, and functional movement.

As a health and wellness coach we can work on your health goals through lifestyle, balanced nutrition, stress management, and mind-body practices.

Body-mind practices such as yoga, qigong, tai chi, breathwork, and meditation help to cultivate awareness, relaxation, focus, concentration, improve energy levels, and enhance overall health and wellness.

    Kai is truly a soulful, full-body corrective exercise genius and yoga instructor, giving the kinds of personal, hands on help for athletic-related pain that I NEVER experienced before. I went to him with sharp, constant pain in my left hip and had no idea why. As we explored movement patterns and walking gait, we discovered that I had been walking uneven because of swelling related to a right broken ankle operation from a mountain-climbing accident a few years ago. Kai gave me special exercises to balance my walk and walk in a better way, plus stretch and build my core muscles, which soon got rid of the pain. It’s basically gone (but I have to keep doing the stretches and exercises.) Plus I LOVE my sessions with Kai, who is uplifting, gentle and deeply informed.     I am a certified persoal trainer, qigong teacher, yoga instructor, and certified health and wellness coach.

     I have been working as a health and wellness specialist for over 10 years.

    I have over 7 years of experience working in physical therapy clinics.  

    I have a Single Session rate and

    I also offer various package series of 4, 8, and 12 sessions for ongoing training with affordable rates. 

    I have worked with people of all ages from teenagers, college athletes, young adults, dancers, middle age professionals, up to seniors in their 90's. I will meet you where ever you are and help you move toward your goals.
