About this pro

I’m obsessed with wellness. I have a deep passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge so that people can understand that it is possible to be holistically well inside and out. This doesn’t only include physical strength, flexibility, and movement, but also mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. My experiences as a student and teacher have enabled me to have a holistic approach to total wellness. I specialize in healthy aging for men and women and women's health. I achieve this by teaching good posture, balance, core strength, flexibility, weight loss, stress management, the psychology of positivity, and nutrition education for a joyful, well-balanced life.

As the proud owner of Infinite Wellness Lifestyles, it is my passion and purpose to you help you get healthier and feel your best. With over 2 decades of experience,  2 Master's degrees in Exercise Science and multiple certifications, I am here to offer many services to support you on your wellness journey as a Certified Wellness Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Sports Performance, Yoga Instructor, Group Fitness Leader, and Guest Speaker.

My certifications include NASM Certified (Personal Trainer), NASM/CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), NASE (National Association of Speed & Explosion), and RYS 200 (Registered Yoga School), CHWC (Certified Health Wellness Coach w/WellCoaches).

I enjoy teaching aging adults and women because that is who I can help the most to improve the quality of their life. As a grandmother myself I have similar challenges and goals to keep the ability to be mobile as I age.

I love coaching athletes because I have been in sports my entire life. Starting with gymnastics at the age of four and the most recent sport I started playing at age 39 was roller derby. I know the tenacity and grit it takes to be great in competitive sports.

There is no better feeling than seeing someone go from depending on a walker or wheelchair to walking around with weights and getting stronger every day, or seeing an athlete make gains, meet goals, and win their competition.

Whomever I am teaching or coaching, it always brings me joy when I see the light bulb go off and all of a sudden my client is motivated and inspired to accomplish their goals.
