Empowering my clients to use martial arts to get into the best shape of their life and motivating people to be both, defenders of their loved ones as well as better students of history and the laws surrounding self defense is what gets me out of bed every day.

Because everyone is unique, are at individual fitness levels and has different reasons to train self defense, I always begin new students on a training assessment. It's the best way to begin training.
