I earned my meditation teacher certification in order to be able to provide a safe space for a deeper interconnectedness with our heart and Spirit. Life, all too often, stops us from feeling present, which is what I center my classes around. I tap deeper into the emotional awareness and use that as a source of inspiration and guidance onto our next step of personal evolution. Sometimes I use movement as a way to open the heart, other times, I use a deeper guided visualization, but regardless it is all about that connection to our hearts and allowing it to lead the way.
