April was such a wonderful sewing teacher and I will absolutely be utilizing her open workshop hours now that she has helped me learn my basic skills needed to move forward. I took her 4 week basic sewing class, my sewing skills were so beginner level that I showed up with a broken machine for my first class because I wasnt even sure how to thread my machine! April met me exactly where I was at and showed me all the ins and outs of my machine. She always kept her doors open late for me to finish whatever project we were working on together, while encouraging me to work on my sewing homework throughout the week so I didnt lose everything I had learned from her. All in all, April is a wealth of knowledge for anyone looking to gain more. I learned so so much from our time together and I am so happy I landed in her class. She will open your mind to the endless world of creativity through sewing and all the cool projects you can grow to create!
