I am a certified Yogi, Reikii, Qi gong, Violet Flame, sound, chakra, hynosis, NLP, and Pranic energy healer, an ordained Omnistic Minister, and a health and Wellness Psychology, and a BA, MA, and PsyD in Health and Wellness Psychology, and over 45 years professional experience. My focuses are mindfulness/meditation, self-efficacy, stress reduction, self-transformation, and self-mastery. I function primarily as a Resource Entity connecting people with the information, services, and products they need to take responsibility for and make informed decisions about their health, healing, and lifestyles. I have been working and teaching in this firld for over 40 years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During Social Distancing, I only work online via my Moxie.xyz or Zoom channel. My first step is to complete an integrative needs assessment.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching dance and ballet to make money during college. After I became Yoga certified, I added that and worked as a free-lance contractor during modeling school and after I married, moved to LA, and raised a family. I enjoyed helping others be their best and I could fit my work around my children, so I stayed with it. I've owned my own businesses several times.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The needs assessment should direct that, but generally speaking, think about what you desire most, what makes you feel love, what you like, what sets your soul on fire, what you want more of in your life - solutions, not problems.
