I work with ordinary people... living normal lives... most have families working a full time job... most haven't exercised in years! However, my program has helped many of my clients get incredible even life changing results!
This is my passion. I truly love what I do. I live this lifestyle every single day. And my goal is to teach others how to embrace this lifestyle as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer a free consultation, this way I can sit down and discuss with my prospective clients their fitness goals and how lond it will take to accomplish their goal... realistically.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal training certification from the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. I have received training in nutrition. I have also received first aid and CPR training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $35 per 60min sessions. This includes a meal plan, posture assessment, weight assessment, measurements and more! You're definately getting the best deal as opposed to a big corporate gym...
How did you get started teaching?
Like most Personal Trainers, I started working at Bally Total Fitness. They were later bought by 24-Hour Fitness. So, I worked for 24-Hour Fitness briefly until I realized that I could do a better job of servicing my clients outside of a corporation. I haven't looked back!
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with weight loss clients. I've worked with clients who want to build muscle and look lean. I've trained clients with serious illnesses such as diabetes and arthritis. I've worked with young athletes and senior citizens...
