Dean was really good with making every workout interesting and new. I love that fact that he focuses on strength and form. I learned so much from him. He is really encouraging but also pushes you to your limit.

I have a personal training certification from the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. I have received training in nutrition. I have also received first aid and CPR training.
I charge $35 per 1-hour sessions. This includes nutrition advice.
Like most Personal Trainers, I started working at Bally Total Fitness. They were later bought by 24-Hour Fitness. So, I worked for 24-Hour Fitness briefly until I realized that I could do a better job of servicing my clients outside of a corporation. I haven't looked back!
I've worked with weight loss clients. I've worked with clients who want to build muscle and look lean. I've trained clients with serious illnesses such as diabetes and arthritis. I've worked with young athletes and senior citizens...
