Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For Personal Training I like to get to know each client on a personal level. I want to know their goals, lifestyle needs, and what they love or enjoy about themselves and their motivation for improving their health. I will have them fill out a questionnaire Then we will schedule a consultation to go over a plan to help them reach their goals one step at a time. I will be available to them for questions, support, and encouragement.
For yoga classes only we will begin by discussing what they want to get out of their yoga practice, deciding on level, then schedule class and go!
For energy healing and massage we will also discuss needs, deep relaxation, and practice for home to help in needed areas.

How did you get started teaching?
I started with my own journey. I needed to lose weight and get healthy mentally and physically but couldn't find the right support. I want to provide the support I couldn't get. I started offering free lessons and support to family and friends. This is my passion and I want it to be accessible for everyone not just those who can afford fancy memberships.
What types of students have you worked with?
Young adult to senior women who want to lose weight, gain weight, and who have health complications.
